Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Business,” or “you”) and EZReview (“EZReview,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the EZReview platform, website, or any associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

By logging in with Google, email, or any other method provided by EZReview, you explicitly accept these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Your data is held securely by EZReview in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

EZReview is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help Indian small and medium-sized businesses (“SMBs”) collect more Google reviews from their customers.

The platform provides the following core services:

• A unique QR code for each registered business that customers can scan to begin the review flow.
• An AI-driven multiple-choice survey that captures a customer's experience without requiring them to type.
• AI-generated review text in multiple styles and tones (including Hinglish) based on survey responses.
• Tools for the business owner to seed sample reviews, which the AI uses to calibrate writing style.
• A dashboard for the business owner to monitor review generation, usage, and subscription status.

EZReview facilitates the creation of text that the customer may choose to post on Google. EZReview does not post reviews on behalf of customers. All posting is done voluntarily by the customer themselves.

To use EZReview, you must create an account and provide accurate information about yourself and your business. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at support via our contact channels.
• Ensuring the information you provide about your business is accurate and up-to-date.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are creating an account for a business, the business must be lawfully registered and operating.

Your data is safe with us. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit and at rest. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we store and protect your data.

You agree to use EZReview only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fake reviews: Using EZReview to generate reviews for customers who did not actually visit or use your business. Every review must reflect a genuine customer experience.
• Incentivised reviews for posting:Offering cash, discounts, or other incentives to customers specifically in exchange for posting a review to Google (this violates Google's review policies).
• Competitor reviews: Using EZReview to generate or facilitate reviews for a business you do not own or operate.
• Automated bulk posting: Using bots, scripts, or automation to post reviews to Google.
• Defamatory or harmful content: Seeding or generating content that is false, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful.
• Misuse of AI: Attempting to manipulate, jailbreak, or misuse the AI review generation system to produce content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Violation of the acceptable use policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

EZReview does not guarantee any outcome on Google's platform.Posting a review on Google is an independent action taken by the customer. Google has its own review policies, quality filters, spam detection systems, and account moderation processes that are entirely outside EZReview's control.

EZReview accepts no responsibility whatsoever for:

• Reviews being removed, filtered, or not appearing on Google Maps or Google Business Profile for any reason, including Google's spam detection algorithms.
• Suspension, restriction, or permanent termination of your Google Business Profile, Google account, or Google Ads account for any reason related to or arising from the use of EZReview.
• Suspension, restriction, or termination of any customer's Google account for any reason related to or arising from the use of EZReview.
• Any penalty, loss of ranking, or negative impact on your Google Search or Maps visibility.
• Any policy violation determination made by Google, regardless of whether EZReview's service was used.

You use EZReview and encourage customers to post reviews entirely at your own risk with respect to Google's platform. We strongly recommend that you review Google's Prohibited and Restricted Content Policy for Reviews and ensure your use of EZReview complies with Google's terms at all times.

EZReview is designed to help customers express their genuineexperience in their own words. We do not guarantee that this approach will satisfy Google's automated quality filters, as those systems are proprietary and subject to change without notice.

EZReview uses large language model (LLM) AI technology to generate review text based on customer survey responses. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or phrasing that does not perfectly reflect a customer's actual experience. Customers are encouraged to edit the generated text before posting.
• EZReview does not guarantee that AI-generated reviews will pass any third-party AI detection tool, filter, or classifier.
• The responsibility for the content that a customer ultimately posts on Google rests with that customer, not with EZReview.
• Seeded review content you upload to EZReview (sample reviews for AI training) must be genuine reviews from real customers. You must have the right to use and upload this content.

EZReview offers paid subscription plans with the following current pricing (subject to change with 30 days notice):

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise EZReview to charge the applicable amount to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for unused days.

Daily limits reset at midnight IST. Unused generations do not carry over to the next day.

We take your data seriously. Here is a plain-language summary of how we handle data:

• Business data you provide (business name, category, location, description) is stored securely and used to generate personalised questions and reviews for your customers.
• Seeded reviews (sample reviews you paste in) are stored and used exclusively to calibrate the AI writing style for your business. They are not shared with other businesses.
• Customer survey responses are used to generate the review text and are stored against the review record. We do not collect customer names, phone numbers, or personal identifiers through the public-facing review flow.
• Account credentials (email, hashed passwords) are stored encrypted. We never store plain-text passwords.
• We do not sell your data to any third party, ever.

All technology, design, software, trademarks, and branding associated with EZReview are the exclusive property of EZReview. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the EZReview platform without written permission.

You retain ownership of the business information, seeded reviews, and other content you upload to EZReview. By uploading content, you grant EZReview a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Generated review text is provided for the customer's personal use. EZReview makes no claim of ownership over reviews that customers choose to post on Google.

You may cancel your account at any time from the account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription access continues until the end of the paid period, after which access is terminated.

EZReview reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if we determine that you have violated these Terms — including but not limited to generating fake reviews or abusing the platform.

Upon account deletion, all your data (business profile, seeded reviews, generated reviews, usage history, and subscription records) is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EZReview and its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of revenue, profit, business, or data arising from use or inability to use the service.
• Actions taken by Google or any third-party platform, including but not limited to the removal of reviews, account suspension, or changes to review ranking.
• Downtime, service interruptions, or data loss due to factors outside our reasonable control.

In no event shall EZReview's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to EZReview in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZReview and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of the EZReview platform in violation of applicable laws.
• Any false or misleading reviews or business information you provide or facilitate.
• Any claim by a third party related to content you upload or facilitate through the platform.

EZReview may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email (to the address on your account) or by displaying a notice in the EZReview dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
